• What will be the consequences of Baltar's cult being given access to weapons?
• What will happen to Boomer? Will she be held accountable for the assassination attempt on Admiral Adama? Has she legitimately defected or is she acting as an agent of Cavil's?
• Why was a random Eight and Six at Anders's side urging Ellen to go to the baseship and jump away while Caprica-Six and Athena were not present? The same later when Ellen confronted Tigh and made Tigh choose between the baby and Galactica; Caprica Six was there that time but why wasn't Athena?
  • Like Tigh, Athena would have never agreed to abandon the Fleet.
• How did the Cylons imagine they could take Anders aboard their baseship without Starbuck's approval?
• Why has Anders' brain suddenly started showing activity again? What is his exact condition? Does he still possess his Cylon memories?
• Will Caprica seek revenge on Ellen for the death of her unborn child?
• How will the death of Liam affect the relationship dynamics between Ellen, Saul, and Caprica?
• What was the biological cause of the death of Caprica's baby?
• How did Ellen and Boomer find the Fleet? Is Cavil tracking them?
• Why was Tyrol so eager to leave the Fleet?
• Is Tyrol able to identify the Eight piloting the Raptor as Boomer due to his personal experience with her, or by the previously demonstrated ability of Cylons to distinguish between copies by sight?
• What has happened to Helo? Is he still recovering from his injuries received in The Oath?
• Who has been placing photographs of Cylons on the memorial wall? Other Cylons, colonials or both?
• Will any of the humans object to Cylon pictures being on the wall?
• One of the pictures of a Number Eight on the memorial wall appears to be an identification card. Who is this and why would Cylons need identification cards?
  • It was Sharon Valerii's old Colonial Military Identification that Adama was touching.
    • Are the Rebel Cylons thus assuming that Sharon Valerii will be executed for her attempted assassination of Adama?
      • Most likely it is for her siding with Cavil to vote for lobotomizing the Raiders by turning against her fellow Eights who voted against it and then siding against them in the civil war.
        • Sharon Valerii was already shot dead by Cally after her attempted assassination of William Adama.
• As Starbuck herself asks, how and when did Joe's Bar get a piano?
• Why was Caprica-Six visiting Dogsville?
• Are the other ships in the fleet suffering from food shortages as well?
• How close were the Final Five to each other prior to their murders by Cavil?
  • Based on the intimate caress that Ellen gave Tyrol and Tory, was it implying that their relationships with each other were more than platonic?
    • Very unlikely, those were the expressions of love toward her "children". She calls them that. Ellen's statement in regard of her husband Saul Tigh impregnating a Six that "You made us all filthy in this!" demonstrates strong disapproval of the "parents" being sexually involved with the "children" since they made them.
• How many of the Significant Seven's customs (for example, their acceptance of nudity and bisexual threesomes) are a legacy from the Final Five?
• How close will the Colonial and Cylon pilots become? Will the Cylon pilots receive callsigns?
• Will the Opera House visions resume now that Liam has been miscarried?
• Will the loss of her own baby add to Caprica's drive to protect Hera?
• Why does Adama not consider a draft as a solution to the marine shortage?
• Will Paulla continue to be troublesome?

I presume the episode title has to do with the vote on whether the Cylons leave.

Do the Final Five get individual votes or do they count as much as a S7 model? Does Anders' "Stay with the fleet." count as a vote?

Hopefully, this one will be about Baltar´s redemption. He started to hint last week that although every natural instinct of his was to despise these people in his cult, he realised that they now needed him and he will go back to them out of duty. Hopefully.
