Is anyone else bugged in the slightest that they are introducing a whole new "family" that is not in BSG as we know it today? I would think that they would have somehow tied this family in to what we currently know. Maybe in this season somehow? It just doesn't make sense to me. Unless for some reason they greystones have to change their name as a result of the cylon's turning on the colonies and we know who they are and just don't know it.

Actually, I hope the Graystones don't appear in BSG, unless it's Zoe manifesting herself through some Cylons or something like that. I'd actually prefer it if they used another family instead of the Adamas as well. Admiral Adama's father being involved in the creation of Cylons sounds too far fetched. It's like Anakin Skywalker building C3PO.

All of this has happened before and will happen again

Well, he could have an indirect role in it somehow. I think it would be interesting. I trust the writers, they have given us three wonderful seasons of writing (minus a few episodes here and there of course), and if they think they could pull it off, I'd be more then happy to watch it to give it a try.

I think it would be alright of them to pull in another family, but only if they can tie it in somehow, and show why they aren't talked about now. Maybe the Cylons are the reason we don't see them anymore, or maybe Adama just lost touch with them, who knows. A new family doesn't bother me in itself though.
