Did I see Season 3?

This will be dubbed "stupid" by some and others will be disappointed that I, the PR guy, doesn't know the answer. I hope that my desire to get this correct will outweigh any humiliation I heap on myself and others.

I've been watching the show on DVD in order and most recently saw Razor. I can't seem to be home to watch it on live TV but DVD has sufficed. Every now and again I catch a snippet on TV.

I know that season 3 DVDs have recently come out and this poses a conundrum for me. I don't know if I've seen them yet or not. Additionally, I want to verify that Razor takes place in between season 3 and 4, most likely after the last episode of season 3 and before the first episode of season 4.

I know there's no way for any of you to mindmeld, oops wrong series, with me to find out what I've seen. But, I'm hoping that some of you will be able to offer observations of season 3 that may jar my memory.

The vast time differences between new seasons messes up recollection of what I've seen and what I haven't. By and large I've seen it if it was on DVD, except "The Story So Far", but I feel like I've seen season 3 even if I haven't.

It'll be nice to know if I need to put it in my Netflix queue. Many thanks to all for your assistance.

Razor takes place in season 2, between Captain's hand and Downloaded. The Pegasus is destroyed in Exodus part II.(The fourth episode of season 3.) So it's not possible that Razor takes place between the episodes you mentioned;)

Do you remember Galactica jumping into the atmosphere over New Caprica to launch the fighters? The first part of the season was about getting the people off New Caprica.

Some of the other parts.. when Helo frakked up Adama's plan to kill the infected Cylons so they would download the virus into all of the other Cylon ships.

Then there's Hero with the Valkyrie.

The algae planet arc is about midway through. Galactica and ships have to get through a nebula, kat dies. On the planet they got to they find the eye of jupiter, Adama almost nukes planet, sun goes supernova.

Then Baltar gets picked up by Galactica, and the issues with him take up most of the rest of the season, including his trial.

Any of that sound familar?

Ohh that's right! If you have seen any of Tigh with eye patch, that's season 3. That's definitely a good point.

Especially Baltar's trial, Tigh with his eye patch and Kara, who is supposed to be dying. If you saw that, you saw season 3.

Do you remember Boomer knowing that Hera is alive?
Do you remember Helo shooting and killing Boomer to have her resurrected on the Basestar to recover their baby ?

Who am I? Hmm I dunno. Actually, I know Tigh with an eye patch. But, whether that was a flashforward (flashback in reverse) or actual season 3 I don't know.

The other stuff mentioned sounds new to me. I'm guessing I haven't seen it. Netflix it is.

I'm pretty sure you didn't see it, since your question about Razor indicates you didn't know what happened to Pegasus.

Thanks! I put it in my Netflix queue but it is marked Long Wait. So....all of you guys should take it out of your Netflix queue so I can see it first. :P

But seriously I am waiting for it. Hope it arrives soon or Season 4 will be a waste for me.

You just just tape Season 4 until you get Season 3.

if you get a choice, get whicever disc has "exodous" on it 1st, and then whichever disc has has "crossroads" on it 2nd -- they at least get you mostly squared away for the setup to s4 ...

I am recording it on the DVR. Don't trust it though. Something goes wrong and entire season goes. Gotta get my DVD Recorder set up so I can burn onto it...not that I would where such activity is considered illegal. Only the best and most legal things happening here.

I'm doing the same thing with Jericho season 2, recording the whole thing on my DVR while I watch season 1 on Sci Fi...only problem is that they screwed up the schedule and played an episode of Stargate instead of one of the Jericho episodes, then played the next episode after that one, then they haven't played ANY more episodes...so I'm stuck like halfway through the season.

Free shipping and it arrived in less than 48 hours. Now I just need to find time to watch it. I'm getting through season 3 of House and watching season 4 of BSG.
