Other than the recently updated design here (which I know you all love ;)), I want to showcase at least two things I can show off right now and get your option as I always like extra "boost". :D

CWF Game Cast

This is for my friend who does table top gaming podcasting and bloggin in the Mass area. It's basic concept follows the Battlestar Forum of the border being highlighted with an inner glow. The middle of course is a line representing volume changing spike. The headphone wrap around the title with (( and )) being used to show sould is being outputed from the headphones.

Matrix Header

I found this neat tutorial for doing "Matrix" style background and decided to work a header for a possible Wiki that we (http://www.frakmedia.net/) might or might not do.

Comments welcome. :)

I thought I'd pipe in and say a few remarks. First, I'm Shane's friend. He made the graphic for me and it's quite nice. Huzzah Shane! I run a gaming blog and podcast (new episode every Thursday) and have needed a new header graphic for awhile.

Shane, as you all know, is a Photoshop guru and he volunteered to make me one. So, I've made a contest out of it in my podcast. People submit feedback on changes they want to the graphic. Whatever suggestions I take are put into effect. Then the person who made the suggestion gets their name (or moniker) in the podcast and on the blog.

I hope you guys have suggestions on it too. It looks nice and I know it can be kicked up another notch!

For those interested in the podcast, or just to hear a New Englander talk and then make fun of me (I'm good natured) go to http://wargamingforums.com/cwf-2008-2-7-news-1-year-ago-today-and-10-steps-to-turn-a-loss-into-success/ for my podcast. I mention the header graphic at 23:27.

If you got a Mac, iTunes, Quicktime, or an iPod use the Enhanced Podcast (it has pictures and links): http://wargamingforums.com/enhanced-cwf-2008-2-7-news-1-year-ago-today-and-10-steps-to-turn-a-loss-into-success/

Secondly I LOVE the Matrix setup that Shane made. It is incredible! He told me how he made it and I am quite impressed. I'm not surprised or anything, he is my guru, but that took a lot of skill. Big round of applause for my buddy!
