Yeah, Starbuck was never sure of his own age, let alone his birthdate. All he knew was that he was from Umbria back on Caprica and that he was supposedly orphaned after a Cylon attack. Now, if we assume that Chameleon was really Starbuck's father, then perhaps he would be the only one who would know Starbuck's date of birth.
