Incremental screen captures

Is there any way to do automatic screen captures. For instance, let's say I want to run a 60 second movie with 60 screen captures per second, is there any Mac software that does this? Does VLC do this?

Nevermind... I found a program that'll suit my needs.

I haven't used a program like that, but I suspect that's how some of the high-volume sites (bsgmedia, VE, etc) get their screencaps.
