New Battlestar Fan looking for info

I am a new fan of the new Battlestar Galactica. I currently have access to all of Seasons 1.0, 2.0, 2.5 and Razor. My questions are:

Did season 3 already air and when will it be rerun or released on DVD. I noticed a marathon on Dec. 7, but it didn't seem to start at the beginning of season 3.
Does "Razor" (which I haven't watched yet) take place after the second season (2.5, I guess) or does it take place after season 3?
When does the new season (season 4?) beginI would appreciate any info

Season 3 already aired. Correct, the second half will be rerun as a marathon on 7 December (http://tv.yahoo.com/battlestar-galactica/show/36672/upcoming;_ylt=AjHfji_1RAvI75d6E8shf9vmv9EF). Not sure when they'll do the first half again... Nobody is sure on the S3 DVD release date.

Razor takes place after "Captain's Hand" and before downloaded.

S4 is rumored to start in March or April.

Keep in mind that PART of Razor takes place roughly during Season 1, telling the story of the Pegasus before they met up with the Galactica.
