In 33 Adama had some noodles in his quarters, which Tigh came along and ate. Given Tigh hand in creating Daniel he may have known ever through the boxing the true identity of Daniel: A bowl of noodles. This may be some kind of Cylon de-birthing ritual. Cavil's tampering may have altered his genetic code to make him appear to be a tasty meal. Consequently this also makes Tigh a cannibal.
