I've just been watching the first episode of the original BSG. When Starbuck is trying to land his damaged Viper after the attack on Caprica, Athina (I think thats her name) runs some checks with him and you see some circuit board pics on her monitor. For a split second you see "Made in USA" on the corner of the circuit board!

Yeah, I noticed that too!

Actually, those are schematics from Tektronics, I believe. The same people who furnished Galactica's bridge with a million bucks worth of computers.

That's pretty funny...do you have a screen capture?

Actually, it's not Starbuck's computer that reads MADE IN USA, it's Athena's. There's a bunch of this type of stuff as well as mistakes and bloopers throughout the classic series. A few to look for:

President Adar saying 'years' instead of 'yahrens' in Saga Of A Star World.

Athena wearing a Colonial Warrior's uniform in Saga of a Star World even though she's a bridge officer.

Laser pistols with no triggers.

Viper joysticks that read: FIRE-TURBO-IM, but on others you see STORES-CAMERA AUTO-CAMERA PULSE.

No discernable rank insignia on the pilots' uniform, yet Apollo is somehow recognized as a "Captain" by Bootes in The Lost Warrior.

Scenes in The Gun On Ice Planet Zero where Starbuck sports a haircut, then he appears with much longer hair, then reappears with short hair again.

There's also a scene in The Gun On Ice Planet Zero, where you see a couple of Centurions moving levers to power up the Ravashol Pulsar. If you look closely at one of the Cylon's gloves, you can actually see the actor's very human looking wrist. :D

Scenes where Sheba appears in her Viper with the Pegasus' "winged horse" emblem on her helmet in one shot, then she reappears with Galactica's "falcon" emblem on her helmet in another shot.

These ares just some of the many oddities you can catch if you watch the DVD. It's kinda fun looking for that sort of stuff. ;)
