Any tech-types heard of ESET NOD32 Antivirus?

I found it while searching for antivirus solutions for my father's work computer. For reference, my father's computer used Norton and I figure this is a good time to get into other alternatives, seeing as Norton is an annoying system hog and is slowing down his computer.

Anyway, it seems to have very high marks from the customers at NewEgg, who seem to be on the ball with such things.

Here's that product:

Do they also have a firewall to go with it? That's pretty important.

They have a suite (http://www.eset.com/smartsecurity/index.php?s=home) that does this. But I already have a firewall, so that would be redundant. I just need an antivirus software, something with a small footprint but effective, since I don't want to hear about how slow the computer is. (And it shouldn't be slow, since it has more than enough frakking memory and a great processor to boot.)
