Here's a fun thought I've been playing with a while. Lets say someone from Galactica knocked on your door and said that he's taking you there in 5 minutes and you can only bring 2 things (part from the clothes you're wearing) that best represent earth so you can present it to them up there in space. Lets also say they haven't been to earth yet, it's a neat time/space-teleporter/FTL. Oh and they have to fit in the raptor picking you up.

What would you bring and why?

A scary/beastial mask and a sword. Why? Its creepy :p

Kidding aside a piece or Earth (soil, a plant or something) would be a nice gesture. Photographs or Earth perhaps.

I was thinking something similar, bringing my dvd collection.

Otherwise I'd bring an Atlas and my cd collection. Including the soundtracks. :D

That IS one of the best scenes in the show.

Can't say I have a single tune that plays in my mental background. Usually a bunch that switch depending on my state of mind :)
