I paid special heed to Baltar's scenes with Head Six.
Baltar: So the scriptures are all a lie? It's all just a lie to cover up all this savagery.
Head Six: Exactly. All of this has happened before, Gaius, and all of this will happen again.
What can we extract from this scene? Mankind lived with the Gods for a time until mankind's true nature asserted itself.

Oh. My. Gi-. Ddy. Od.
Dude, I think I just filled the cup. What's better than "excellent"?
In the teaser: they well had Billy down as the Final Cylon.
How many different story threads can you cram into one episode?
Euthanasia-a-gogo. One more human out of the way for arch-Cylon Tyrol.
Yay. Good on Jammer!
Apollo: Sometimes you gotta roll the hard six.
Jammer: What the frak does that mean, you imbecile?
Apollo: Haven't a clue. It's just something my dad says.
Die, redshirts!
Oops - Dee grabbing Billy's hand: a foreshadowing of Tyrol offering his hand to Baltar?
OMG! Does Billy hit a home run behind the curtain in sick bay. Definitely Final Cylon.
Thank the gods Tigh didn't have kids.
Amazing episode.

Agreed with genji. Gods you get some good action! Big plus for many Lee scenes. It's dark, it's bloody. Excellent.

The scene where Apollo's team is dug in and waiting for the Cylons is very very Aliens. And those Centurions are pretty damn terrifying.

Indeed I am glad we saw Centurions finally in action and I love how they first appeared in the teaser. "...yea that was so...JESUS!!" (yes she does say Jesus there).
I like the scene with Kara's flat. Again, the music is as fitting as possible not to mention it is A) A real world music. B) That scene contains the only mention of Kara's father. Plus I really like Starbuck's monologue. Explains a lot about her.
Pretty intense episode. Alongside Scattered this episode continues the sense that Adama may die. I know some people questioned how he survived and obviously, he would survive as part of the character shield but I liked how they managed to keep the tension through three episodes (including Kobols Last Gleaming II) without letting the thought of "Oh hes gonna survive anyway" getting in the way too often.

Just wondering which real world music this is, I can't find the info anywhere

"The music that playing in Kara Thrace's apartment and again during the closing act of the episode is Metamorphosis One, composed by Philip Glass (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philip_Glass). It is from Glass's 1989 album Solo Piano." -- Thank you once again to the BSG Wiki brought to you by some of the same good people posting in this forum (http://en.battlestarwiki.org/wiki/Valley_of_Darkness) (http://en.battlestarwiki.org/wiki/Valley_of_Darkness)
EDIT: some should fix that to say: "The music that is playing in Kara Thrace's apartment"
