Any ideas about the R1 Season 3 DVDs?

Any idea why we haven't heard from those yet? Since Season 3 only starts in January, I think they might wait until December to release it. That's about the only thing I can think of.

"Razor" has an early December release date, so if that's true, we should hear something about them soon.

The R2 DVDs are scheduled for September 3rd, but I'll pass for now. The only extras that are announced so far is the superfluous "The Story So Far". No audio commentaries, no deleted scenes, no video blogs, no "The Resistance". Neither the Universal website, nor the online shops show anything. So it's likely that Playback is frakking over people yet again, like the previous two times.
So I'll wait for the US set this time.

It's possible that the air date for the Season Four premiere is currently up in the air. Was January ever officially stated as the air date? Early 2008 was the most concrete I remember hearing.

Anyway, the way TV DVD releases seem to work, it'll probably come out a month or so before the premiere. Which hopefully will be in time for the holidays.

The UK DVDs are shite. Hardly any extras and commentaries and some episodes of the season 2 dvds were really washed out in colour and the black was really grey. All emailes I sent to playback were ignored. :(

To be honest, delaying the DVD release of Season 3 is stupid. The best time to release it is during the holidays, when people are most likely to buy the series and not have to worry about paying off all those holiday bills... in the spring.

I wish it would be out in December. I also hope it contains an extended episode of Crossroads part 2 like they did with Pegasus in season two R1 dvd. I don't mind if they split it, like 3.0 and 3.5, but they need to hurry up and give it to me.
