Hi all,
We have learned from the last episodes that the 5 hidden cylons are from earth. So, how's possible? Cylons revolt against humans, they "retired" for 40 years and they evoluted to human cylons. So they created themselves. How can they know nothing about the 5 hidden cylons and how these could be created in the Earth???? For me the only explanation was that the Cylon god created them and he programmed all the cylons to make the survived humanity to move to earth. But if they created themselves this theory wouldn't be right.
Regards.

Al this has happened before and will happen again, we have to assume that the Cylons found someone/something when before they left the Colonies. Someone/something that existed long before the Cylons did.

I still stick to my theory that the final 5 are the 5 priests who were returning from the 13th tribe of earth to their orginal homeworld(s) for some reason. Along the way they ran into the cylons after the end of the war and who were working on creating the skin jobs with no success. The 5 were able to assist them and in return were allowed to create their own bodies to use. They tested this once (#7), finsihed the others (#8) then made the rest for themselves. The then programmed the S7 to not think about them, downloaded to these new bodies of either someone that had died or just created new ones and then left to return to the colonies. I know there is a lot more to consider with this theory and I have idea to explain a lot of wholes in it, I just don't feel like typing it all.

You think that Saul Tigh is #7? That's my thought anyway.

I don't agree. The Final Cylon is the 7th
or in Astrological terms, Libra. This was pointed out in another tread that suggested that the zodiac signs fits each Cylon, 1 - Aries, 2- Taurus.
It is quite clear from the beginning there is something up as to why Model 8 is in the Significant 7, not the 5. I believe its the devine plan, the circle of time that made this the way it is. That the Final Cylon will bring the clarity of what it is Saul, Tori, Galen, and Sam are suppose to do. They have no idea what is in store, they are still searching. The Final Cylon will bring clarity to their music!

Okay, this is not my theory alone, I've read it elsewhere, but I think one possbility that I like more and more all the time is that Baltar, the human, was instrumental in the creation of the cylons. In fact, I think the Baltar we know is the final cylon, made in his own image, and I think he programmed head six into his own model to guide him and head Baltar into Caprica Six's model to guide her. I don't know what this has to do with the other final four or how it ties into Earth, which is of course, the major flaw in this theory. It would, however, explain the head models and why they know so darn much.
And then some days I think that's all wrong, and it's just Cottle or Zarick or some other non-primary character.

I wouldn't doubt the Caprica series has something like this theory in the backstory. I also doubt that BSG will concrete all loose ends. Tricia says she is under the impression most loose ends will have a close and it is 'sad.' We've kinda heard that before with others saying 'ugly' instead of 'sad.' She also asserted we won't be disappointed. She also noted she doesn't know the scripts (at least up until last month or couple weeks ago).
It's not a spoiler. We know the end won't be all happy happy joy joy for protagonists.
It's enough to say we need to enjoy the show more as it happens.
I can't wait til the next ones comes!

Not sure who #7 is. I would think that it will be the final member of the final 5 we do not yet know.
