...how Adm. Cain and Lt. Shaw dealt with the Pegasus' networked computers after the escape from Scorpion shipyards?
I need the information for my fan-fiction - I need a decent explanation as to why my battlestars' computers don't get infected during their escape, as I'm unhappy with the current one.

The network was down for the upgrade, and so was the navigation, so the ship didn't shut down when cylons attacked.
When they jumped away, Shaw did a code audit and found the cylon backdoor, which she removed before bringing it online. And even then, they didn't reinstate the network fully.

And even after that they had issues with some firing mechanisms because of Gina's tampering through Shaw's codes that ended when Gina was discovered. In case you want to emulte that kind of plot to the story :)

Awesome, cheers guys. As a matter of interest for a possible future plotline (my memory of Razor ain't great) they got around Gina's tampering by manually operating Pegasus' guns, didn't they? And that was less efficient?

I remember shouting "NO! What are you doing???" out loud when Lt. Shaw gave Gina the access code.

I remember shouting "NO! What are you doing???" out loud when Lee Adama abandoned Peggy to be used as a glorified battering ram.

Razor was the second episode I watched. I first watched 33 when it first aired on the web. Then, since I wasn't able to get the next few episodes after that I lost interested in BSG for the next two years. I almost forgot about it entirely. Then Razor came out and I watched that.
It didn't even occur to me that Gina with #6. That part of the story just went like *whoosh* over my head until she was locked away. I seriously didn't recognize Tricia without the wig. Even when Kendra shot #6 on the basestar, It still didn't click that Gina and #6 were the same!:lol::lol:
The 3rd episode I watched was the miniseries, and then I did the marathon with S1, S2, and S3 to get caught up.
I'm glad it worked that way. It seemed perfect with the story to watch Razor (non-extended) before the rest. It didn't spoil any of it.

That is quite humorous, although I'm not sure I would have seen they were the same either, haha.
